Fighting for a safer Mosman: Upgrading the Pedestrian Crossing at Spit Junction

As your Liberal candidate and part of the Dutton Liberal Team, I’m fighting to deliver critical pedestrian safety upgrades at Spit Junction in Mosman.

The pedestrian crossing at this busy intersection is no longer fit for purpose. Locals have repeatedly raised concerns about safety, particularly for children, the elderly, and people with mobility challenges.

The proposed improvements include:

• A signalised pedestrian crossing,
• Enhanced lighting and visibility,
• Safer connections to shops, schools, and public transport.

With increased foot traffic and car volumes in Mosman, we must act to protect residents and improve daily accessibility.
